Job summary

IdeaTek is seeking a Talent Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment and act as a strategic advisor across departments. You will help shape culture, lead HR initiatives, and strengthen the employer brand while building strong candidate pipelines and collaborating with leaders.

You will also serve at career fairs and events, with hybrid work in Kansas and occasional travel to expansion sites, including remote work options whenever feasible.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of combined experience in recruiting and employee relations, ideally within a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring top-performing professionals.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems – Paylocity a plus.
• Willingness to travel periodically to event sites and expansion locations.

As our Talent Partner, you will drive full-cycle recruitment while serving as a strategic advisor to leadership across every department. Beyond sourcing and talent acquisition, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee lifecycle—partnering with leaders to strengthen company culture, drive talent retention, lead key HR initiatives, and support organizational growth. Serving alongside your peers, you will also act as the face of IdeaTek at career fairs and recruitment events to build our employer brand and attract top-tier talent across all functional areas.

Location

This role will be a hybrid opportunity - working in Buhler, KS, Wichita, KS, and remotely, with travel to other work locations as needed.

What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include

• Drive End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment to attract and hire top-tier talent across all business units.
• Partner with Leadership: Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, aligning talent strategies with broader business goals, culture initiatives, and organizational growth.
• Develop Internal Talent & Culture: Champion employee engagement, retention strategies, internal career progression, and key HR programs.
• Champion our Employer Brand: Serve alongside your team as the face of IdeaTek at career fairs and recruitment events to showcase our mission and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Track & Develop Key Measures: Measure event ROI by tracking lead conversion rates, candidate engagement metrics, and event-driven hires to continuously optimize our outreach strategy

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need the following required qualifications:

• 4+ years of combined experience in recruiting and employee relations, ideally within a high-growth environment

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) – experience with Paylocity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel periodically to event sites, regional offices, and expansion locations including Tucson, AZ.
