Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia seeks a Program Manager to oversee strategic Talent and Organizational Development initiatives. You will gather information, craft project plans, manage milestones, address challenges, and align resources across the Bank’s T&OD portfolio.

You will lead ad hoc teams, partner with senior leaders, and report to the Talent Management and Organizational Development Manager. A strong SME with leadership acumen is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years plus experience in organization development, talent management, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and modern learning tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME for ongoing development of program areas (curriculum, engagement).
• Partner with department leaders to deliver T&OD solutions to support retention goals.
• Design, develop, and deliver training using classroom, online, and blended methods.
• Measure stakeholder satisfaction and gather feedback for improvements.
