Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking a Talent Management and Organizational Development Manager to lead the Talent Development and Organizational Development team, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to shape workforce capabilities. The role oversees budgeting, reports, and vendor relationships, and reports to the Vice President of talent.

It requires strong program management, analytics, and leadership development expertise to advance the Bank’s workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in developing and leading talent development programs and organizational development.
• HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Talent Development and Organizational Development staff and goals.
• Develop and implement talent strategic plans with senior leaders and business units.
• Lead Talent Management and Organizational Development strategies aligned with Bank-wide goals.
• Innovate on Bank strategy for talent by designing programs, tools and training.
• Measure effectiveness of learning and development efforts using metrics.
• Lead management and executive development programs related to talent initiatives.
• Oversee employee engagement initiatives and vendor relationships.
