Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of organizational design for an AI-enabled workforce.
Own enterprise Talent & Organization Reviews aligning strategy, design, and planning.
Drive skills-based career architecture and JCJ framework evolution.
Guide performance management strategy aligned with AI-enabled work.
Lead data-informed talent decisions using analytics.
Act as strategic organizational effectiveness consultant to leaders.
