Job summary

Genius AI is seeking a Senior People and Talent Operations professional to own cross-functional projects from comp frameworks to onboarding experiences. You will define what done looks like, build it, and hand it off or run it, across compensation, HR systems, data, AI enablement, and employee experience.

You will report to the Senior Manager, People and Talent Operations, and must be commutable to our NYC headquarters, with in-person work 3–4 days per week and attendance on Tuesdays and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience across multiple areas.
• Proven ability to design AI-powered workflows in HR.
• Ability to draft and iterate briefs with limited data.
• Strong HR generalist foundations and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build data and reporting layer for People and Talent with dashboards.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate low-leverage tasks.
• Drive strategic projects across recognition and HR systems.
• Architect the employee recognition strategy and mechanics.
• Define internal People operations processes and system hygiene.
• Serve as go-to resource for benefits, payroll, immigration questions.
• Manage compensation infrastructure design and benchmarking.
