Smartly is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Transformation & Workforce Design to shape how we evolve as we scale globally and embed AI into how we work. You will partner with leaders to translate strategy into organizational structures, workforce models, and transformation programs that create scalable impact.

Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, design AI-enabled work models, and build frameworks for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational transformation, organizational design, and workforce design.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical organizational solutions.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional transformation initiatives and implementing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across organizational design and leadership effectiveness.
• Design work evolution in an AI-enabled organization and rethink roles, workflows, and team structures.
• Build scalable workforce frameworks including job architecture and career frameworks.
• Strengthen leadership capability through scalable development programs.
• Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps with governance and success measures.
• Advise senior leaders on complex organizational challenges and driving organizational change.
• Align stakeholders across functions and geographies to ensure practical, measurable outcomes.
