Wealth.com in New York City is seeking a builder to create the People function and make it AI native from day one. You’ll own onboarding, feedback and performance cycles, compensation and leveling, and the data leadership uses to see the company clearly.

You’ll be the closest partner to the Chief People Officer, helping a fast, creative place hold its shape as it scales. Responsibilities include scoping programs like a product, building and operating them, and handing over to the People

Qualifications

• Experience building and running HR programs from scratch.
• Ability to design and ship onboarding and performance cycles.
• Experience using data to drive People decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build systems for onboarding, feedback, and performance cycles.
• Scope and ship programs like a product, measure and iterate.
• Own design changes and hand over programs with runbooks.
• Create dashboards and data tools for leadership insights.
• Develop compensation and leveling with market data.
