Smartly in New York is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Transformation & Workforce Design to shape how we scale globally and embed AI into how we work. You will report to the Chief People Officer and partner with the CHRO Office to translate strategy into structure, workforce models and leadership capabilities.

You will lead enterprise transformation initiatives across design, leadership, and operating models; design AI-driven work evolution; build scalable workforce frameworks;

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational transformation or design.
• Translates business strategy into practical organizational solutions.
• Led cross-functional, multi-site transformation programs.
• Ability to influence executives and build alignment.
• Strong structured problem-solving and thinking.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement across geographies.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled organizations and the future of work.

Responsibilities
