Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Talent Operations Specialist to join our Madison, NJ hub. You will own Oracle-based HRIS workflows, support Talent Acquisition, and drive a clean onboarding experience for new hires.

Responsibilities include requisition setup, data updates, system testing, and compliance with background checks and Form I-9 rules. This is an in-office role requiring five days on-site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent/HR operations, recruiting coordination, or related shared-services.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements and test plans before changes go live.
• Solid understanding of pre-employment screening and Form I-9 compliance.
• Communicate clearly between non-technical recruiters and technical HRIS teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition and onboarding with accurate requisitions and data.
• Drive process optimization across hiring and onboarding to reduce friction.
• Define Oracle system requirements and validate upgrades before go-live.
• Ensure compliance with background checks and Form I-9 guidelines.
