Job summary

Envita Medical Centers LLC is seeking a Talent Operations Partner to streamline HR processes from recruiting through offboarding. You will manage requisitions, onboarding, credentialing, and employee records, ensuring rapid, accurate responses for leaders and candidates.

The role supports license tracking, training administration, and HR communications. This on-site position offers a full benefits package, Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities to optimize the employee journey across Envita’s

Qualifications

2+ years in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support; healthcare experience preferred.
High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
aPHR certification is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Strong communication with candidates, employees, and leaders; discretion with confidential information.
Familiarity with ADP, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Set up requisitions and post jobs in ADP Workforce Now and external boards.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications for Talent Acquisition Partners.
Initiate and track background and driving record checks, and send notices.
Prepare offer letters and process rehires.
Maintain requisition status and time-to-fill data for HR reporting.
