Job summary

Spectro Cloud, based in San Jose, CA, is seeking a highly organized People and Talent Coordinator to support recruiting efforts and ensure a superb candidate and new-hire experience in a hybrid role.

You will streamline recruitment operations, actively source passive talent, manage end-to-end coordination, onboarding, and cross-functional HR projects, while maintaining data integrity across Rippling ATS and other tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting coordination or HR operations experience.
• Experience sourcing across Engineering, Business/GTM and AI talent.
• Strong data-oriented mindset with high accuracy and organizational skills.
• Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and offer processing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for candidates during interview process and onboarding.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and networks.
• Prepare and process new hire offer letters accurately.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across teams and time zones.
• Support hiring across domestic and international markets.
• Assist onboarding from acceptance to start date.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR, IT, payroll, etc.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS/ATS ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide support.
• Assist in facilitating orientation for new hires.
• Serve as primary contact for Jira tickets and triage requests.
• Oversee visa requests with People Manager and ensure compliance.
• Support day-to-day People Operations and HR projects.
