Job summary

Quantum Space is seeking a Recruitment & HR Coordinator to support talent acquisition and people operations. You will coordinate interviews, onboarding, HR documentation, and systems across multiple teams in a fast-growing organization.

You’ll work with hiring managers, candidates, and employees to ensure a smooth experience, manage sensitive information, and help with benefits and employee engagement. On-site in Rockville, MD or Hawthorne, CA.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating interviews and calendars with Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with electronic signature platforms like DocuSign and Adobe Sign.
• Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews across time zones.
• Manage candidate communications and records in HR systems.
• Support onboarding and offer processes, background screenings, and documentation.
• Maintain HR records and reporting.
• Assist with benefits inquiries and employee engagement initiatives.
