Job summary

CarGurus in Boston is seeking an experienced Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and Employer Brand to elevate our global TA function. You will partner with business leaders, vendors, and the TA team to translate strategy into action, influence processes, and optimize candidate experience and employer branding.

You will lead a team focused on TA operations, analytics, and technology enablement, with responsible management of tools like Greenhouse and Phenom.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive full-desk recruiting expertise covering end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
• Extensive hands-on ATS administration and integrations (Greenhouse preferred).
• Experience managing career site platforms and employer brand execution (Phenom preferred).
• Strong knowledge of TA tech levers (CRM, scheduling, analytics) and automation.
• Excellent project management, process design, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to derive insights from dashboards.
• Candidate-obsessed approach focused on delivering best-in-class experiences.
• Collaborative with the ability to partner across TA, HR, Marketing and Communications.
• Compliance awareness including pay transparency and candidate data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own Greenhouse configuration, users, posting, and offer communications.
• Manage TA vendor relationships and optimize third-party boards and tools.
• Develop playbooks, training, and change management for tool evolution.
• Analyze long-term TA needs and benchmark against industry best practices.
• Lead and develop a team delivering TA operations and candidate experience.
• Own TA analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Drive standardized interview processes and manager experience.
