Job summary

ICONIQ is seeking a Senior Talent Operations leader to drive scalable processes and infrastructure across recruiting, learning, and talent programs in our New York office. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, IT, and business leaders to plan and execute strategic initiatives, optimize talent tech, and deliver governance and data quality across platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in Talent Operations or related fields, strong project and stakeholder management, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Talent Management Operations, Human Resources Operations, Program Management, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
• Experience with talent technology including ATS, CRM, LMS, performance management, and survey platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Operations across recruiting, learning, development, and talent programs by creating scalable processes, systems, and infrastructure.
• Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution, partnering with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Capital Operations, IT, and business leaders.
• Oversee talent technology including ATS, CRM, LMS, performance management, and survey platforms; develop governance and documentation.
• Manage external talent vendors, including onboarding, contracts, performance, and ongoing relationships.
• Lead change management, communications, and training to drive adoption of talent systems and programs.
