ICONIQ Capital, LLC is seeking a Talent Operations Lead in New York to partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Capital Operations. You will build scalable processes, systems, and governance to support talent programs and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years in Talent Operations or related roles, with a track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and experience with ATS, CRM, LMS, and performance/survey platforms.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $130,000.00 - 160,000.00 together with the benefits listed above.
