Job summary

ICON Technology is seeking a Director of Recruitment Delivery to lead our centralized recruiting Center of Excellence. You will own staffing strategy, PL/SLAs, quality, and end-to-end candidate experience across multiple business units, partnering with HR leadership to forecast capacity and funding.

You will build scalable recruiting operations, manage a blended contractor and FTE workforce, and drive adoption of LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and AI-enabled sourcing tools to optimize

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years leading recruiting teams
• Experience building and scaling recruiting COE with blended delivery
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and modern sourcing/AI tools
• Experience managing recruiting budgets and vendor relationships
• Experience recruiting across technical, operations, and skilled-trade populations

Responsibilities

• Deliver capacity planning and staffing model for recruiters and sourcers
• Allocate capacity across business units and manage searches
• Own make-vs-buy decisions and vendor relationships
• Set delivery SLAs and monitor performance
• Oversee training, onboarding, certification for recruiters
• Standardize recruitment playbook and ensure consistency
• Define search plans and maintain candidate pipeline
• Own candidate experience end-to-end
