Job summary

Terac is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work with sales and engineering teams in San Francisco. You will help build efficient recruiting systems and source ad-hoc experts for top-priority accounts on the Terac panel.

You thrive in ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, and can switch between strategic planning, execution, and people operations. This role is based in our downtown SF office and includes meaningful equity with relocation and housing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames.
• Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.
• Data-driven decision making; track metrics like LTV, CAC and measure outcomes.
• Bias to action with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of experts to high-value projects.
• Assist CEO/CTO to design recruitment frameworks.
• Oversee and orchestrate thousands of experts on the platform.
• Ensure execution under demanding timelines.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and restructure workflows to improve quality and cost-efficiency.
• Refine recruitment funnels and use data to boost retention and engagement.
