Job summary

General Intuition in New York City seeks an experienced recruiter to build the talent function and own the full recruiting cycle. You will partner with research and engineering leaders to identify, engage, and hire frontier AI researchers, engineers, and technical staff, using AI-assisted tools to speed processes.

This in-person role requires 5+ years of full-life-cycle technical recruiting and a passion for AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience in AI/research environments.
• Experience hiring frontier AI researchers, engineers, and technical staff.
• Ability to design and optimize interview processes and recruiting programs.

Responsibilities

• Build the talent function alongside Head of Talent and own end-to-end recruiting cycle.
• Identify, engage, and recruit frontier AI researchers, researchers, and engineers for cutting-edge projects.
• Leverage AI agents and automation for sourcing, outreach, scheduling, and note-taking.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and refine interview requirements.
• Ensure a stellar candidate experience and actively promote the employer brand.
• Organize and participate in in-person talent events to source top talent in NYC.
