Job summary

The Thesis team in New York is seeking a People & Talent Analyst/Senior Analyst to help build an exceptional team and Employee Experience as we grow. This is a true People generalist role spanning recruiting and HR, partnering with the VP of Talent and leaders to source, interview, onboard, and optimize people programs.

You’ll work on onboarding, benefits, performance programs, and People operations while also building scalable processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years across recruiting, People Ops, HR or related
• Interest in broader People function, not only recruiting
• Experience recruiting in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting across functions and levels from kickoff to offer
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach
• Support onboarding, benefits, employee experience, performance programs and People ops
