Job summary

Human Intelligence is building an AI-first HR function and is seeking an exceptional HR Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments. You will work with executive leadership, hiring managers, and operations to identify top talent globally, while embedding AI into sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes.

You will help design scalable hiring systems, improve candidate experiences, and elevate people operations as the company scales its AI-first culture.

Qualifications

• Exceptional HR Officer with strong recruitment capabilities and a focus on operational excellence.
• Experience recruiting talent from around the world and building scalable hiring processes.
• Ability to design better hiring systems and leverage AI throughout recruitment and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Source outstanding candidates globally and screen applications.
• Coordinate hiring processes and manage candidate pipelines.
• Prepare interview packs and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Track recruitment KPIs and optimize time-to-hire.
• Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to meet hiring goals.
• Lead continuous improvement of HR operations and knowledge management.
