The role drives KPI frameworks, workforce planning, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting, shaping strategic planning and organizational effectiveness in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Talent Operations, People Analytics, HR Operations or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering executive-ready reporting and KPI frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Intelligence and reporting functions, building analytics roadmaps and KPI frameworks.
• Own Talent operating rhythm, governance forums, and leadership readiness activities.
• Compute and communicate decisions, risks, and dependencies from forums to stakeholders.
• Partner with Talent, Finance, and Communications to improve data quality and utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement in talent programs and governance models.
