GEICO in the United States seeks a Program Manager, Talent Attraction & Candidate Experience to shape how talent experiences the organization from first impression through offer and onboarding handoff.

You will translate the employer value proposition into connected attraction strategies, collaborating with brand, content, channels, technology, data, vendors, recruiters, and business partners to attract priority talent and deliver a human-centered candidate journey.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in talent attraction, employer brand, recruitment marketing, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex programs with roadmaps, governance, and leadership reporting.
• Ability to translate workforce priorities into clear attraction strategies and audience plans.
• Experience crafting integrated content and channel strategies for diverse talent segments.
• Strong data literacy for funnel, engagement, and campaign analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, health, and evolution of Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience programs.
• Develop an integrated roadmap across employer brand, recruitment marketing, and candidate communications.
• Translate hiring priorities into differentiated attraction strategies for priority skills and locations.
• Map and improve the end-to-end candidate journey from awareness to onboarding.
