Job summary

GEICO is seeking a Project Manager, Talent Enablement & Operations, to lead cross-functional initiatives across the talent lifecycle—from intake and business case development to implementation and stabilization. You will partner with Talent, People Group, and vendors, translating priorities into clear scope, plans, governance, and measurable outcomes.

You will independently lead moderately complex initiatives, manage risks, and enable stakeholders to collaborate without direct authority,

Qualifications

4-6+ years of experience managing projects and HR/talent initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present updates for leaders.
Experience with project plans, status updates, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Oversee portfolio intake and prioritization with Talent leaders and owners.
Lead end-to-end project plans covering scope, milestones, risks, and launches.
Establish governance and escalation paths acrossTalent, business, vendor, and tech partners.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements and scalable solutions.
Provide leadership visibility through status reports, roadmaps and dashboards.
Drive change readiness, training, and adoption activities for new processes.
Coordinate vendor activities, testing, and implementation readiness for Talent platforms.
