The role requires leading complex programs and partnering across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in talent attraction, employer brand, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, talent acquisition, program or product management, marketing, communications, People Operations, or related cross-functional work.
• Experience leading complex programs, roadmaps, governance, risk management, and leadership reporting.
• Ability to translate workforce priorities into clear attraction strategies and execution steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, health, and evolution of Talent Attraction and Candidate Experience programs aligned to priorities and brand standards.
• Translate hiring priorities and market insights into differentiated attraction strategies for priority skills, roles, locations, and segments.
• Map end-to-end candidate journeys, identify friction points, and drive improvements in experience, clarity, and trust.
• Partner with recruiters, marketing, technology, legal, and business leaders to ensure consistent candidate messaging and governance.
• Develop and manage an integrated roadmap across employer brand, career sites, talent communities, events, and channels.
