Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Per Diem Talent Onboarding Specialist to support our Talent Acquisition team.

Location: Sarasota Memorial Hospital – Sarasota, FL. Schedule: Flexible, up to 24 hours per week. Work Arrangement: On-site.

Formación

• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, team environment.

• Support onboarding and I-9 processing for new hires.
• Assist with employee badging and onboarding compliance.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) and related HR activities.
• Support recruitment events and general HR duties.

What You'll Do

• Support new-hire onboarding and I-9 processing
• Assist with employee badging and onboarding compliance
• Help coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO)
• Support recruitment events and HR activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our newest team members

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Minimum of one (1) year of recent, related clerical or administrative experience.
• Preferred: Experience working in a Human Resources department or employment office within a similarly sized healthcare organization.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
