Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a seasoned HR leader to direct HRIS and technology strategies. This role shapes the future of HR operations by aligning people, processes and data with technology, analytics, and transformation initiatives.

Ideal candidate has 7–10 years in HR with 5+ years in management, plus a Master’s in a relevant field. Healthcare HR tech experience and change management are preferred, with strong strategic impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional Human Resources experience.
• 5+ years of HR management experience.
• Master’s degree in HR, Business/Public Administration, IT, or a related field.
• HR technology and systems experience preferred.
• Change management experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

What we’re looking for:

• 7–10 years of professional Human Resources experience
• 5+ years of HR management experience
• Master’s degree in HR, Business/Public Administration, IT, or a related field*

• Healthcare experience preferred
