Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Director, University Talent Program Leader in Westlake, TX to set the vision and drive execution of the enterprise early talent strategy, including the FIDTERN internship program.

You will lead a small team and partner across Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality experiences and strong intern-to-full-time conversion results.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in talent, program leadership, or workforce strategy.
• Proven success leading large, high-impact programs.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills with leaders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the university talent strategy, aligned to business priorities, workforce planning, and enterprise talent goals.
• Drive cross-functional impact with Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, Marketing, and business teams to connect recruiting, branding, and hiring into one clear approach.
• Own program delivery: design and execute the FIDTERN program for scalable, high-quality experiences.
• Deliver conversion outcomes: manage intern-to-full-time strategy and build a strong early career talent pipeline.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear goals and growth opportunities.
