Job summary

JOCO is hiring an NYC-based Talent & Onboarding Lead to own and scale recruitment and onboarding. You will build pipelines, partner with operations leaders, and ensure hires are set up for success from day one.

You will manage the full lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, including training new employees on internal tools and SOPs. Strong candidate engagement and data-driven improvements are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, or related field.
• Fast-paced startup experience and ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across JOCO's markets, hiring Mechanics, Field Associates, Concierge Associates, City Managers, and Operations Managers.
• Collaborate with City/Operations Managers and Corporate Team to define profiles and priorities.
• Build candidate pipelines via postings, sourcing, referrals, and proactive strategies.
• Manage screening, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions.
• Negotiate compensation within stakeholder-defined parameters.
• Own post-offer onboarding and ensure documentation and system access.
