Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or 3 years of marketing/communications experience.
• Experience using marketing software.
• 2+ years using design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) or Canva.
• Experience in developing and executing CRM programs, including email marketing, push notifications, in-app messaging.
• Experience developing digital, video and/or interactive content.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive PSA’s brand across talent acquisition platforms and events.
• Support recruitment marketing collateral to generate leads and promote events.
• Develop content for newsletters and external communications.
• Create graphics for social, email, marketing collateral, and website.
• Update external website content to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with vendors on branding initiatives.
• Execute SEO and digital advertising efforts.
• Develop content for internal/external audiences.
• Grow engagement on social media and campaigns.
