Job summary

Aerotek in Hanover, MD is seeking a Marketing Specialist to coordinate talent marketing initiatives across Aerotek, Actalent and Aston Carter. The role partners with internal teams to attract talent and ensure a positive candidate experience across digital channels.

You will manage intake for field marketing requests, support events and oversee outsourced support for social media inquiries and reviews, with emphasis on timely, on-brand communications and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience with paid media, digital advertising, or programmatic platforms preferred.
• Previous recruiting, staffing or talent marketing experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of social media uses for brand reputation management.
• Customer support and escalation management skills.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with program reporting and analysis.
• Process and intake management skills.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central intake point for field marketing requests and resources.
• Collaborate with Program Manager, Digital Advertising for escalated requests.
• Provide event support including promotion and banner coordination.
• Oversee intake for boosted job postings and updates.
• Lead kickoff calls with field partners and produce channel performance reports.
• Oversee outsourced customer support team for social media inquiries and reviews.
• Maintain centralized database of canned responses and SOPs.
• Monitor reviews across platforms and escalate trends.
