Job summary

LG Household & Health Care US is seeking a Talent Manager to build and lead our talent function as we scale. You will own full-cycle recruiting across three entities, leading hiring in Los Angeles, New York, and beyond.

You will design scalable processes, partner with managers, and champion fair hiring practices that reflect LG H&H US values. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and drive a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through onboarding, while guiding

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple business units, entities, or brands.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions (corporate, marketing, sales, R&D, supply chain).
Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking).
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English; assess language skills for roles requiring bilingual fluency.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for roles across LG H&H US.
Design and build recruiting processes and pipelines from scratch.
Partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through referrals, agencies, and market research.
Serve as talent ambassador ensuring a positive candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.
Guide interview panels on structured interviewing and bias mitigation.
Manage requisitions and candidate data within the ATS with accuracy and compliance.
