Job summary

LG Household & Health Care (H&H) US is seeking a Talent Manager to build the talent function as we scale, leading full-cycle recruiting across our Los Angeles and New York teams. You will design processes from ground up, partner with hiring managers, and champion fair hiring practices that reflect LG H&H US values.

You will own requisitions, develop pipelines, and mentor interview panels while ensuring a standout candidate experience and strict data accuracy across all entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, multi-entity experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and states.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle across LG H&H US entities.
• Design scalable recruiting processes and pipelines from scratch.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate requirements into sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Guide structured interviewing and ensure compliance across entities.
