Job summary

Plant Grow Harvest is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and operate a reliable external talent pipeline across U.S. locations.

This hands-on role sources candidates, develops relationships with passive talent, and manages full-cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers to strengthen PGH’s talent capabilities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
4+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting or TA experience.
Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, structured interviewing, scorecards, and selection principles.
Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
Strong interviewing, communication, networking, and relationship skills.
Experience partnering with hiring managers to clarify roles and manage multiple searches.
Proficiency with ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn Recruiter, analytics, and metrics.

Responsibilities

Translate workforce needs into a clear 12-month recruiting plan.
Proactively source and develop external talent pipelines.
Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles and maintain momentum.
Conduct intake discussions with hiring managers and provide labor-market information.
Develop structured, job-related selection practices to improve hires.
Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.
Improve recruiting processes with AI, automation, and standardization.
