• Progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or workforce planning.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing capabilities.
• Experience with ATS, CRMs, and recruiting analytics.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across corporate, distribution, and leadership roles
• Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines using CRM technology
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Optimize recruiting workflows, reporting, and candidate experience
• Support workforce planning, skills taxonomy, and skills-gap analysis
• Lead employee referral and internship programs
• Collaborate with leaders to align talent strategy with business goals
