Job summary

CRH is seeking a Talent Management Director responsible for enabling talent pipeline building across the organization. This role involves designing and implementing talent management processes, acting as a strategic partner while supporting business leaders on various initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Talent Management and will work remotely from the continental United States. A competitive salary range of $170,000 - $210,000 along with an annual bonus and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Talent Management/Talent Development Leadership role or HR with an emphasis on Talent Management.
• Experience managing and implementing enterprise-wide programs and projects.
• Certifications in various assessment tools are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and engage business leaders on Talent Management initiatives.
• Design project plans for Talent programs and initiatives.
• Provide expertise in the talent review process to achieve business goals.
• Organize and support the end‑to‑end Talent Review process.
• Conduct assessments to identify development needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for OHI initiatives.
• Manage the performance management process for employees.
• Manage the competency framework to support talent processes.
