Job summary

JetBlue is seeking a Senior Analyst Sales Operations to optimize airline sales activities and drive revenue growth. You will build intelligence tools supporting Northeast Alliance, international and domestic travel agency strategies, and corporate sales, while reporting to commercial leaders across teams.

Responsibilities include data analysis, financial modeling, automated reporting, and developing the internal data warehouse with SQL. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business analytics, science, mathematics, or business field; or demonstrated capability with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Three years of experience in a role utilizing Excel and SQL
• One year of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel demonstrated via an onsite work sample
• Highly motivated and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Occasional overnight travel (10%)
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Leverages data from multiple sources to analyze sales performance
• Financial Modeling and Analysis: Measures added financial value via P&L analysis and revenue studies
• Reporting: Designs, automates, enhances and maintains automated reports and tools
• Database Development: Builds and maintains the internal data warehouse and dashboards via SQL and visualization tools
• Internal Project Management: Coordinates diverse projects with internal stakeholders
• Provide feedback on strategy using data and knowledge of the corporate sales environment
• Other duties as assigned
