JetBlue is seeking an System Operations Strategy and Analytics Analyst to enhance data-driven decision-making for the System Operations Center (SOC). You will bridge Operations and Planning, leveraging data to support resilience and efficiency in JetBlue's schedule.

You will develop analytics capabilities, pair with data experts, and drive strategic improvements across multiple teams. Strong SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related experience required.
Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau).
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Analyze JetBlue's operational performance and identify efficiency constraints.
Develop and promote dashboards and decision-support tools for SOC and JetBlue operations.
Collaborate with operating groups to align tactical execution with strategic goals.
Serve as a bridge between operations and data teams to implement scalable policies and processes.
Support strategic planning for operational reliability across teams.
Conduct reviews to enhance the SOC schedule and resilience.
Assist in SOC Weekly Operations Reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
