Job summary
JetBlue is seeking a Manager, Operations Analytics to lead the strategy and execution of analytics across airline operations. You will partner with IT, Data Science and Operations leadership to deliver credible insights, predictive models, and decision-support capabilities that improve performance, planning, and day-of operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years related work experience
- 5 years of experience in operations planning, data analysis, predictive modeling or related field
- Proficient with SQL, data structures and modern analytical data environments
- Proficiency in Python or R
- Proficiency with Tableau and Spotfire
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic, operational, and advanced analytics to support initiatives and performance improvement
- Develop and execute an Operations Analytics roadmap aligned to priorities
- Lead development of predictive models, ML, optimization and simulation methods
- Translate complex questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
- Create scalable analytics products, automated insights, and self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, Data Science and stakeholders to deploy data/AI platforms
- Produce weekly to quarterly executive-level insights for leadership and Board
