The role emphasizes consultative problem-solving, strong project management, and deep HCM product expertise, with a base salary of $75,000–$80,000 and a 10% bonus potential, in a hybrid work arrangement. Bachelor’s degree required.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years in a customer-facing consultative role with an HCM product.
• Deep expertise in HCM systems and processes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-focused, consultative/advisory mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and onboard new customers, configuring the software to fit client processes.
• Gather requirements and document workflows.
• Design solutions with product management translating needs into configurations.
• Train users and drive adoption.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables.
• Troubleshoot configuration or technical issues.
• Build relationships post-implementation with ongoing support.
• Develop standard processes to scale recurring initiatives.
