Job summary

Salary.com is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Talent Management, based in Waltham, MA, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will build strong client relationships, drive revenue expansion, and ensure retention while delivering exceptional service.

In this role you will manage accounts, coordinate with product and sales teams, conduct business reviews, and help clients maximize the value of our CompAnalyst platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years' customer-facing experience with HCM products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and rapport; customer focus.
• Proactive, data fluent and analytical; strong problem solving.
• Solid business acumen; aligning product to client KPIs.
• Highly organized; manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Skilled in negotiation and objection handling.
• Exceptional cross-functional coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships; serve as primary contact for assigned clients.
• Resolve issues; coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
• Lead renewals and retention; monitor usage and identify at-risk accounts.
• Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand Salary.com footprint.
• Ensure account health and adoption of Salary.com offerings and new features.
• Run periodic business reviews to align on client goals.
• Share best practices and collaborate with peers across teams.
• Cultivate references, case studies, and referrals from happy customers.
• Provide product feedback to Product Management.
