Job summary

ECPI University seeks a Talent Management Specialist to lead performance management, onboarding, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives. You will administer programs, coordinate training resources, and support managers with development planning.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR-related fields, a bachelor’s degree, and strong organizational and communication skills. A stable, full-time position based at our Virginia Beach campus with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related area.
• Experience with performance management and employee evaluation processes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer performance evaluation and performance management processes.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee training programs.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources; monitor LMS and training compliance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Track program participation, collect feedback, and report on metrics.
