Job summary

ECPI University is seeking a Campus Director of Career Services to plan, develop, and administer career planning programs for students and graduates. This role oversees the career services department to meet departmental goals and uphold university policies in student career success and academic partnerships.

You will supervise advisors, build employer partnerships, coordinate job postings, and lead graduate outcome reporting while engaging with the local workforce to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in recruiting, staffing, business to business sales, or career coaching.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• CPRW and CHEP certifications completed or within 120 days.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate Career Services Advisors and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Develop and maintain employer relationships through communication and networking.
• Solicit and follow up on job orders from employers.
• Advise students and graduates on professional development and career success strategies.
• Oversee job postings, registrations, and applications on the career management platform.
• Follow up with non-placed graduates and assist where needed.
• Organize and oversee Career Fairs on campus and virtually.
• Maintain and submit Graduate Success reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Engage in workforce development and represent ECPI University Career Services locally.
