Job summary

The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management, to lead recruitment, onboarding and learning initiatives across the HR function. You will partner with department heads to attract top talent and develop staff for high performance.

This role emphasizes strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational growth and a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5–7 years HR or talent management experience, including 2 years in a management role.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and succession.
Exceptional public speaking and training/presentation skills.
Strong facilitation, coaching and communication with department heads.
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS.
Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Proven track record of filling positions by deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes across the organization.
Track status of open, new, and replacement positions and advise on criteria.
Develop and maintain candidate experience and employer branding.
Create talent pipelines via internal/external networks and sourcing strategies.
Consult with hiring managers on job descriptions and postings to match responsibilities.
