Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years HR or talent management experience, 2+ in a management role.
• Hands-on in recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and succession/leadership development.
• Strong public speaking, training and business presentation skills.
• Facilitation, coaching, and communication skills to partner with senior staff.
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS; MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment/talent acquisition processes and track open positions.
• Develop new talent pipelines and branding to attract candidates.
• Consult with hiring managers on job descriptions and postings.
• Coordinate onboarding and lead training material development and delivery.
• Build training schedules and deliver content in live and virtual settings.
• Administer performance management cycle; coach managers on feedback and development.
• Support succession planning and leadership development with talent reviews.
• Monitor engagement, HRIS reports, and ensure legal compliance.
