The Barnes Foundation is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Talent Management in Philadelphia, PA. This role leads recruitment, onboarding and learning initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.

You will drive talent acquisition processes, partner with department heads, and oversee performance development and succession planning to sustain organizational growth and excellence. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years HR leadership experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5–7 years progressive HR or talent management experience, incl. 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on in recruitment, learning & development, performance management, or succession/leadership development.
• Exceptional public speaking and training/presentation skills.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities with executives.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment/talent acquisition processes and pipelines; track open and replacement roles.
• Branding for candidate attraction; ensure positive candidate experience.
• Develop talent pipelines via internal/external networks and cost-effective sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and postings; manage events.
• Onboarding, training program development, schedules, and delivery in live/virtual formats.
• Administer performance management; coach managers; manage development conversations.
• Support succession planning for leadership roles; maintain talent reviews.
• Support retention, engagement, and HR partnerships with leadership.
• Produce HR dashboards and reports; ensure compliance with laws and policies.
