Job summary

You will partner with district leaders to attract and retain a high-quality workforce while ensuring compliance with laws and district policies.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment pipelines, coordinating onboarding, overseeing training programs, and driving employee engagement to support student success.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in HR or related field required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of three years of HR experience including recruitment, onboarding, or training.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities for assigned employee groups, including advertising and outreach.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and ensure effective hiring practices.
• Coordinate candidate screening, interviewing, references, and pre-employment requirements (I-9, background checks).
• Develop recruitment pipelines with colleges, universities, and community partners.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding program with Payroll, Benefits, and District departments.
• Maintain onboarding materials and resources for employee success and retention.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and retention initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and report trends for continuous improvement.
