Job summary

The Barnes Foundation in Philadelphia, PA is seeking an HR Generalist to support a positive workplace culture. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employees on workplace concerns and policy matters.
• Partner with managers to address performance and behavior issues.
• Provide coaching on employee relations and performance management.
• Assist in resolving concerns through mediation and problem-solving.
• Conduct and document investigations into policy violations.
• Maintain confidential employee relations files per policy and law.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to safety and compliance programs.
