Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of CBC and Firearms training where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all job trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

• Coordinate completes and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders.
• Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and growth goals.
• Ensure policies and procedures are applied; promote a culture of integrity and belonging.
