Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience in fast-paced tech environments.
• 3+ years leading and developing recruiting teams.
• Proven success attracting and closing both technical and non-technical talent.
• Experience managing a significant requisition load with focus on quality hires.
• Ability to shape search strategies collaboratively and adapt based on feedback.

Responsibilities
