Job summary

Baton, Ryder's in-house product development group, is hiring a Talent Lead in Hayes Valley, San Francisco. You will build and develop a recruiting team, lead our sourcing and close talent from kickoff to close, partnering with hiring managers.

This hands-on leadership role requires 8–10+ years in talent acquisition, 3+ years leading teams, and a track record of hiring for technical and non-technical roles. Hybrid schedule with office days in SF.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in talent acquisition in a startup or fast-paced tech organization.
• 3+ years leading recruiting teams with at least 3 full performance review cycles.
• Proven ability to attract and close technical and non-technical talent across high-priority searches.

Responsibilities

• Own searches and deliver exceptional hires across technical and non-technical roles.
• Coach and scale a recruiting team while partnering with hiring managers.
• Develop pipelines and sourcing strategies for niche searches.
• Align hiring processes and enable data-driven decisions.
• Translate business needs into recruiting priorities.
